My Story
For years, I lived at the center of ministry life—preaching, leading worship, mentoring leaders, and shaping church culture. From the outside, it looked like calling. And in many ways, it was. But deep down, I could sense the rhythm shifting.

The constant doing, the weight of expectations, the pressure to perform—it all started to drown out the part of me that loved God most freely: the quiet, musically-tuned part. I found myself burned out on noise, allergic to hustle, and spiritually disoriented—even while doing “the work.”
​
What saved me wasn’t a big event or a breakthrough moment. It was space. A few trusted voices. Some silence. A lakefront walk. Gentle questions. The grace to not have to prove anything. That’s when the fog started to lift—and something holy began to surface again.

That something is what Quiet & Chord is all about.

This isn’t therapy. It’s not coaching. It’s not hype.
It’s a return.
A return to sacred clarity, to rhythm, to freedom, to communion. I don’t come with all the answers—but I do bring space, honesty, and the belief that God is still speaking in ways we’ve forgotten how to hear.
